Really good Staff and Comfort

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the staff were great too accommodate our needs. The air conditioning in the room was a blessing during the heat wave. Pro tip, bring your own coffee, as the coffee maker lacks supplies!

it offers great services. the staff in general is awesome. the property has a favourable location, close enough to the plaza & centro areas.

The rooms were comfy with a bath tub, the staff were amiable and great. And it was comfy compared to other rooms in Leon. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice close to centre of Leon.

The staff was helpful, especially when I had issues with my luggage. They made so many calls, I reminded me of I was in good hands despite the chaos!

We explored the Manuel Doblado Theater and enjoyed the Bicentennial Theatre. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was modern. Just a heads up, the area felt safe for evening walks but I wouldn't stroll around too late. Take a taxi instead.

One thing that bugged me was that the internet connection was spotty throughout our stay. I had to rely on my mobile data most of the time.

The shower in my room was adequate, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. Pizza was a highlight, but I was disappointed by the lack of a bathtub and the need for better room maintenance. The scenic medieval streets made walking a joy, though parking was a challenge due to the narrow lanes.
